Rhinoplasty, commonly known as a nose job, is one of the most technically demanding and transformative procedures in plastic surgery. Whether the goal is to reduce a dorsal hump, refine the nasal tip, correct a deviated bridge, or improve breathing function, nose aesthetics surgery can dramatically enhance both appearance and quality of life.
Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that reshapes the nose to bring it into better harmony with the other facial features. It can address cosmetic concerns such as an oversized nose, a bulbous or drooping tip, wide nostrils, or nasal asymmetry. It may also be combined with septoplasty to simultaneously correct breathing problems caused by a deviated septum.
Dr. Dinar employs both open and closed rhinoplasty techniques depending on the complexity of each case. In open rhinoplasty, a small incision is made across the columella, allowing full visibility of the nasal structures. The closed approach leaves all incisions inside the nostrils. Both techniques deliver excellent results when performed by an experienced surgeon. Surgery typically takes 2–3 hours under general anesthesia.
Patients wear a nasal splint for approximately one week. Swelling and bruising around the eyes are most pronounced during the first 7–10 days. Most patients return to work within 10–14 days. The nose continues to refine for up to 12–18 months, with the final rhinoplasty result gradually becoming visible over this period.
With deep expertise in aesthetic nose surgery and an eye for facial proportion, Dr. Dinar creates results that look entirely natural. His individualized approach ensures that every rhinoplasty reflects the patient's unique facial structure and personal aesthetic vision.
